Welcome to Platfone, operated by Privatix LTD. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Privatix LTD, governing your access to and use of platfone.com, its APIs, dashboards, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Platfone is operated by Privatix LTD. All contractual relationships, obligations, and support are handled exclusively by Privatix LTD.

By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these Terms. These Terms apply globally and are governed by the laws of Privatix LTD’s place of registration, as specified in Section 19 (Legal, Jurisdiction, and Contact). Processing of payments in other countries does not change the contracting entity or governing law.

2. Definitions

  • Platform – the complete Platfone ecosystem, including platfone.com, APIs, dashboards, and mobile apps.
  • Credits – prepaid balance in your account used for activations or other services.
  • Activation – a single use of a number to receive an SMS or inbound verification call.
  • Report – a user-submitted claim about a failed or defective activation.
  • Partner – resellers, affiliates, or white-label operators integrating the Platform.
  • User Account – a registered account tied to your email, OAuth, or Telegram login.
  • Privatix LTD – the legal operator of Platfone and its related products.

3. Nature of the Service

Platfone provides software infrastructure and programmatic tools that enable users to access mobile numbers for receiving messages from third-party services. The Platform functions exclusively as a technical intermediary and data-routing service, not as a telecommunications operator or carrier.

All communications are processed through trusted supplier networks. Platfone does not own or lease phone numbers from any national numbering plan. Numbers are shared, automatically recycled, and never permanently assigned to any user.

The Platform is provided solely for lawful purposes, including account verification, software testing, privacy protection, and automation.

4. Account Registration and Access

Accounts can be created via Google, Apple, Email, Telegram, or Facebook (Meta) authentication. Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Creating multiple accounts, false identities, or automated registrations is prohibited.

Platfone may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, circumvention, or inactivity. Reasons for termination may be withheld to protect anti-fraud systems. Users may request review via [email protected].

5. Credits

Platfone uses a prepaid wallet system (“Credits”). One (1) Credit equals one (1) U.S. Dollar. Credits are deducted for activations or paid services. Balances can be checked anytime in the dashboard.

Credits remain valid for 12 months from top-up, or 6 months if no successful activations occur. Expired Credits are forfeited and non-refundable. Jurisdictions with longer validity laws may differ.

6. Payments

Payments can be made via Stripe, Cryptomus, Payeer, Google Play, or Apple iTunes. Additional processors may be added.

Certain payments may be processed by TempLabs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, acting as an affiliated U.S. service provider on behalf of Privatix LTD. This does not change the contracting entity or governing law.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CTF). Crypto transactions may be screened under AML/CTF rules by processors (e.g., Cryptomus). Transactions may be delayed, rejected, or refunded if flagged by AML/CTF or sanctions controls. We may request KYC details before releasing funds. See the Cryptomus AML Policy for reference.

7. Refunds

Refunds for unused balances are available on request, subject to limits:

  • Card payments: within 24 hours of purchase (full or partial).
  • Crypto payments: within 24 hours for transactions above $5 (USDT BEP-20 wallet may be needed).
  • Activations: for defective activations only, refunded as Credits after a valid Report.
  • Fees may be deducted if processing costs exceed the refund value.

Requests must be made via [email protected]. For Temp-Number.org users, contact [email protected]. Refunds follow good-faith review under consumer protection laws.

8. Pricing and Availability

Prices depend on supply, demand, and number quality. Displayed prices are indicative and confirmed at checkout or via API.

9. Discounts and Tiered Pricing

Automatic discounts apply by account tier. Current tiers and rates: https://platfone.com/app/prices. They may change without notice.

10. Reports and Quality Review

Reports must be submitted within 24 hours after activation. Platfone reviews reports within 7 business days. Refunds (if approved) go to Credits only. Platfone is not responsible for third-party service behavior. Clear evidence (screenshots or video) improves outcomes.

11. Prohibited Activities

Do not:

  • Use numbers for unlawful, fraudulent, or spam activity.
  • Violate third-party platform rules.
  • Commit payment or crypto fraud.
  • Circumvent limits or security systems.
  • Reverse-engineer APIs or open-source code.

Violations may result in termination and loss of Credits.

12. Restricted Countries

The Platform is unavailable in Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson. VPN/proxy circumvention is prohibited.

13. Open-Source License

Platfone provides open-source backend (Node.js) and frontend templates (iOS, Android, Web) under a modified MIT license. Use is allowed only when connected to Platfone API. Using other APIs voids the license. License text: https://github.com/platfone-com.

14. Partner and White-Label Programs

Partners operating white-label or reseller integrations can find payout methods at https://platfone.com/app/resellers/payouts.

Partners earn 50% revenue share from successful activations. Payouts process within 48 hours, subject to invoice verification. Platfone may hold payments for compliance or fraud review.

15. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party brand names, logos and service names are used for reference only. Platfone is not affiliated or endorsed by them. Trademarks remain property of respective owners.

16. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. Temporary downtime or delays may occur. Platfone’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

17. Product-Specific Conditions

(a) Dashboard (Web)

Allows manual activations, balance management, and transaction history tracking. All dashboard activity follows standard refund and reporting policies.

(b) API / Retail API

Provides programmatic access under https://platfone.com/docs. API keys must remain confidential; fair-use and rate limits apply. Charges apply only for successful SMS or verification calls.

(c) White-Label

Partners integrate Platfone under their own brand. End-users are customers of the partner, who is responsible for legal compliance and customer communication.

(d) Suppliers

Suppliers providing number pools operate under Dedicated Supplier Terms or written agreements. Platfone may suspend suppliers for quality, reliability, or compliance issues.

(e) Software Resellers

Developers integrating the Platfone API into their apps must maintain an active Partner Account. Revenue share and integration conditions are defined in individual agreements.

(f) Temp-Number.org

Temp-Number.org and its mobile apps (iOS, Android, Web) operate on the Platfone Platform and follow these Terms and the Platfone Privacy Policy. For support: [email protected].

18. Account Removal & Deletion

Delete your account via dashboard/app or email [email protected]. Data and Credits are permanently removed, except where law requires limited retention.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms form the complete agreement between you and Platfone. If any conflict exists, the Privacy Policy governs data processing matters.

This Privacy Policy explains how Platfone (operated by Privatix LTD) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use platfone.com, our APIs, dashboards, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Use.

1) Who We Are (Controller)

Privatix LTD is the primary data controller for the Platform.

For some integrations (e.g., White-Label), we may act as a data processor on behalf of a Partner under a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

2) Scope

This Policy applies to all users, including API clients, partners, resellers, white-label operators, and end-users of apps such as Temp-Number.org.

3) Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary for operation, compliance, and support.

3.1 Account & Identity Data

  • Email, Telegram, Google, Apple, or Facebook login IDs
  • Firebase UID, display name, IP country
  • Partner or reseller profile data

3.2 Payment & Billing Data

  • Payment IDs, amounts, currency, timestamps
  • Processor metadata (BIN, country, status)
  • Payout and invoice details (for partners)

Note: full payment card data is processed by Stripe, Cryptomus, Payeer, or PayPal — we do not store card numbers.

3.3 Technical & Usage Data

  • Device/browser type, API key activity, rate limits, error logs
  • IP address, region, and access timestamps
  • Activation logs (service, country, time, result)

3.4 Verification Message Content

Limited SMS/call content stored for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and quality review, retained up to 12 months or last 1,000 activations — whichever comes first.

3.5 Cookies & SDKs

Used for login, analytics, crash reports, and performance improvement.

4) Sources of Data

We collect data directly from you, automatically via SDKs, and from trusted partners such as payment processors or suppliers.

5) Purposes & Legal Bases

We process data to:

  • Provide and improve the Platform
  • Authenticate and secure accounts
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Comply with AML/CTF, sanctions, and tax obligations
  • Manage reports, disputes, and chargebacks
  • Analyze performance and detect abuse
  • Communicate updates or offers (with consent)

Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.

6) Cookies & Tracking

Cookies and SDKs handle login sessions, analytics, and performance. Some cookies are required to function; others are optional for analytics.

7) Sharing & Sub-Processors

We share information only with trusted vendors, processors, or authorities where legally required.

8) International Transfers

Your data may be processed in other countries under adequate safeguards (like SCCs). Hosting primarily occurs in the United States.

9) Retention

  • Account info: lifetime of account + 90 days
  • Payments/invoices: 7 years
  • Logs: 30–180 days
  • Activations/messages: 12 months or 1,000 last records
  • Reports/disputes: until resolution + retention law period

10) Security

We apply encryption, firewalls, rate-limits, access control, and regular audits. Sub-processors follow equal security standards.

11) Your Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you can access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

12) Children

Our services are not directed to minors under 18 (or 13–16 in applicable regions). If we discover children’s data, it’s deleted.

13) White-Label & Data Roles

  • Direct users: we act as controller.
  • Partners: we act as processor under DPA.
  • Fraud/Security: we may act as controller.

14) AML, Sanctions, Abuse & Geo-Restrictions

We follow AML/CTF and sanctions screening. Access from restricted regions (Russia, Iran, etc.) is blocked. Crypto transactions may be delayed or rejected under AML review.

15) Account Deletion

You can delete your account via dashboard or email. Some data (like invoices) may remain for legal reasons.

16) Policy Updates

We may update this policy and notify you of significant changes.

17) Sensitive Data

We treat IDs, payment info, and verification content as sensitive data and apply extra encryption and restricted access.

18) Database Registration

Relevant databases are registered with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (IPPA) where required.

19) Consent Management

You can accept or withdraw non-essential cookies and marketing permissions anytime.
